Quiet accommodation for my 1 night stay in Edinburgh. Nice welcome from host. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Incredible, lovely setting not far from a grocery store, Cafe, restaurant, pharmacy, and pub, the city center, and good bus connection to the city centre. Btw, located right next to the tram or bus.

Location was mind-blowing, easy to find , and well-connected with public transport. The cleanliness was jaw-dropping despite the old building. The king-size bed was super huge and the mattress was super comfortable. Free wi-fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, pets allowed, and no smoking on-site were added bonuses.

Had a great romantic escape! the room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials like tea, coffee, and fresh towels. Super close to a grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and even a pharmacy. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the city center and there was a beautiful park nearby for our morning walks with our pup. the best part was definitely the shared jacuzzi we got to enjoy!
The shared areas like the hallway, bathroom, and staircase were in need of some repairs and weren't well-maintained. It was a bit disappointing to discover that we had to share a bathroom, especially considering the price we paid.
